This Has to Stop!

Women throughout the world are being victimized by their inhumane husbands throwing acid on them. This has to stop. Nicholas D. Kristof of the New York Times says one way to help is for the United States to sign the International Violence Against Women Act and then withhold funds from any country that did not prosecute the men who commit this violence.
